Working with me you can expect structured sessions focused on identifying patterns of thoughts, physiological reactions, and behaviors. I am trained in Body-Centered Therapy, which means I will focus on helping you become more attuned to your body’s signals and use them to support your mental health. I like to teach skills such as mindfulness that can help you in your day-to-day life in between sessions.

I currently offer EMDR therapy through online sessions to clients in Ohio and North Carolina through Sea Glass Counseling and Consultation, LLC
